Shipping service provider
We exclusively use insured shipping with DHL. Please check the contents for damage immediately upon receipt of the package. You must report any damage to the package either immediately when you receive it or within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. DHL will issue a confirmation that you have filed a damage report. Please send this together with a photo of the defective goods to us by e-mail. In any case, please contact us beforehand so that we can discuss all further steps with you.
Value of ordered goods more than 50,00 €: no shipping costs
Value of ordered goods less than 50,00 €: 5 € shipping costs
We give our best to get your order on the way as soon as possible. As soon as the package has been transferred to DHL you’ll get a notification by e-mail with tracking information and the expected delivery date.
We want you to be 100 percent happy with your All In products. If something isn’t right you can return your unused product within 14 days after you have received it.
3 steps to follow when returning goods
1) Announce the return shipment through the returns form below.
2) Pack the product in a well padded box and send it to: All In BMX, Alexanderstr. 404b, 26127 Oldenburg, Deutschland
3) As soon as we have inspected the goods we will refund your money.
The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
